The Weekend
Welcome drinks on Thursday, the wedding on Friday, and optional coffee and a river float on Saturday. Sunday is open. All times are local to Jackson.
Gather
Welcome Drinks
Snake River Brewing. Come have a drink with us to start the weekend. We'll have drinks and light bites, and we'll gather on the lawn if the weather allows. If you'd like a full dinner, have a meal beforehand. Later, anyone who wants to keep the night going can head downtown with us.
Looking for dinner beforehand? Here are a few places in Jackson.
Million Dollar Cowboy Bar
After welcome drinks, we'll head downtown for live music. Join us if you'd like to keep the evening going.
The Main Event
Shuttle Departure
Please meet at the Jackson Home Ranch Welcome Center, 210 N Cache St, by 2:00 pm. The shuttle leaves at 2:15 pm and takes us to The Wedding Tree, then to Glorietta. Please take the shuttle so you won't have a car to collect at the ceremony. Use the bathroom before boarding; there are none at the ceremony site.
Ceremony
Ceremony at The Wedding Tree, followed by a toast overlooking the Tetons and photos with all our family and friends before the shuttle back to Glorietta. There's a short, 2–3 minute walk along an unpaved path. Please wear stable shoes rather than heels and bring a layer for wind or showers. The ceremony will be standing, with two small benches for guests who need to sit.
Primo + Secondo
A family-style Italian meal. Come hungry for a full Italian dinner at Glorietta.
Toasts
Short speeches from people we love.
Dancing
The floor is yours.
Dolci + Caffè + Digestivi
Dessert, coffee, and a digestif.
After Party
We'll stay at Glorietta, and the music keeps going.
Send-Off
One last goodbye before we call it a night.
The shuttle finishes at Glorietta, so please arrange your ride back to your lodging after the reception. If you're staying nearby in downtown Jackson, you may be able to walk. Uber availability can be limited. Taxi options include Taxi2Jackson (307) 413-6025, JH Cab (307) 203-5066, and Broncs (307) 413-9863.
Soft Landing
Coffee
We've moved coffee from 9:30 to 10:00 am — sleep a little longer! We'll be at Persephone Bakery, 145 E Broadway, from 10 until we head out around 11. It's a casual stop-by: grab yourself a coffee or a pastry and come say hi whenever you like. Coffee and the float are both optional; come to either or both. If you're joining the float, leave Jackson around 11:00 am to allow for construction and meet at Moose Junction by 11:30 am.
Snake River Float
Everyone is welcome on our scenic 10-mile float through Grand Teton National Park. We've rented three private boats, with room for everyone who'd like to join; it's optional and our treat. The guides do all the rowing, so we can sit back and enjoy the views together. Let us know you're coming, and if you haven't already, please sign the waiver before you arrive. You can join the float whether or not you come to coffee. Meet at the float-trip parking lot at Moose Junction, 1 Teton Park Rd, on the mountain (west) side of the river across from the Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center. We recommend leaving Jackson around 11:00 am to allow for construction. The outing takes about three hours, and we expect to return around 2:45 pm. 2026 Moose Village construction may add up to 20 minutes. Please arrive by 11:30 am so there's plenty of time to get ready before the boats leave at 11:45 am. Bring water, wear sunscreen, and pack a hat, sunglasses, and an extra layer for the cooler air on the river. Snacks and a drink are welcome aboard our private boats. Please carpool if you can! For help finding a ride, reach us at biff@gullygorge.com and we'll help you find one. What to expect.
If you haven’t already, Sign the float waiver before you arrive. Each person joining the float needs one.
Park Time
There's time to explore the park or take a hike. We'll share any plans once they're settled.
Until Next Time
If You're Still Around
We have no formal plans on Sunday. We might hike in Grand Teton National Park in the morning before heading home in the afternoon.
