FAQ

Everything you need to know. If it’s not here, ask us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Only if your invitation specifically includes one. Space is limited and every seat is intentional. If you're unsure, check your RSVP — it'll show your full party.

Where does the shuttle pick up?

Jackson Town Square, at the Antler Arches. The shuttle leaves at 2:15 pm sharp on Friday. The ride to The Wedding Tree is about 30–45 minutes. Don't be late — the shuttle leaves promptly.

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Yes. The Wedding Tree is outdoors, on natural terrain. Expect a short walk from the shuttle drop-off. Wear comfortable shoes — no heels.

What's the weather like in September?

September in Jackson Hole is beautiful but unpredictable. Days can be warm (60s–70s°F) but evenings cool down fast. Bring a layer. Bring sunscreen. Prepare for wind.

Are there bathrooms at the ceremony?

No. The ceremony site is on public land with no facilities. Plan accordingly before boarding the shuttle. Bathrooms will be available at Glorietta.

Will I have cell service?

Probably not at the ceremony site. Coverage is spotty out there. Let anyone who might need to reach you know in advance. You'll have service again at Glorietta.

What if I miss the shuttle?

We'll share a backup plan closer to the date. But please don't miss the shuttle — it's the easiest way to get to the ceremony and parking is very limited.

Do you have a hotel block?

We're exploring an option in Jackson. In the RSVP, let us know if you'd use one — it helps us decide whether to commit.

What should I wear?

Elevated cocktail, mountain-friendly. See the dress code section above for the full breakdown.

When should I book flights?

As soon as possible. September is still peak season in Jackson Hole. Fly into JAC — it's 10 minutes from town.

What about gifts?

Your presence is the gift. Truly. If you'd like to do something, we'll share a small note closer to the date.

Who do I contact day-of if I have an issue?

We'll share a day-of contact (not Blake or Abbie) closer to the wedding. This page will be updated.
