Your invitation and RSVP show who is included in your party. With limited space, we can accommodate the guests included on each invitation. If anything looks unclear, email Biff.

Please meet at the Jackson Home Ranch Welcome Center, 210 N Cache St, Jackson, WY 83001, by 2:00 pm on Friday. The shuttle leaves at 2:15 pm. The drive to The Wedding Tree takes about 30–45 minutes, and the shuttle continues to Glorietta after the ceremony, toast, and photos. Please use the bathroom before boarding; there are none at the ceremony site.

The Town Public Parking Garage at 150 W Simpson Ave (Millward & Simpson) is free until midnight, with an hourly fee after that. It's about a seven-minute walk to Home Ranch, so allow time to park and arrive by 2:00 pm for the 2:15 pm shuttle. Carpooling is welcome. Nearby street parking and the Home Ranch, Miller Park, and Deloney lots have three-hour limits, so they won't cover the afternoon and evening. Yes. There's a short, 2–3 minute walk from the parking area along an unpaved path. Please wear comfortable, stable shoes rather than heels. The ceremony will be standing, with two small benches for guests who need to sit.

Days can be warm (60s–70s°F), but evenings cool down quickly and mountain weather can change. Bring a warm layer and sunscreen, and be prepared for wind or a shower. We'll still hold the ceremony at The Wedding Tree if it rains.

Jackson sits around 6,200 feet above sea level. Keep water with you and take your time settling in, especially if you're arriving from sea level.

There are no bathrooms at the ceremony site. Please use the bathroom before boarding the shuttle. Bathrooms will be available at Glorietta.

Cell service can be patchy at the ceremony site. Let anyone who might need to reach you know, and save any directions before heading out. Service should be better back in town at Glorietta.

Please put phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We'd love to have everyone present with us. Photos before and afterward are welcome.

If you miss the shuttle or need to drive for an accommodation, head directly to The Wedding Tree. Parking there is very limited. You'll also need to drive to Glorietta afterward, arriving for the reception at 5:00 pm. The Town Public Parking Garage at 150 W Simpson Ave is free until midnight, with an hourly fee after that. There’s no street address — plug in 43.631089, -110.564799. From Jackson, drive to Kelly, then continue north on Gros Ventre Road. Less than a mile past Kelly, turn right to stay on Gros Ventre Road. The road climbs. Pass Gros Ventre River Ranch, and before Slide Lake take the pull-out on the south (right) side of the road. From there, it's a short, 2–3 minute walk along an unpaved path to the tree. Parking at the site is very limited, with only a small pull-out. The ceremony starts at 3:00 pm, followed by a toast overlooking the Tetons and photos with all our family and friends. Then we'll take the shuttle back to Glorietta. To catch it from town, arrive at the Jackson Home Ranch Welcome Center by 2:00 pm for the 2:15 pm departure. Please take the shuttle so you won't have a car to collect at the Tree. If you miss it or need to drive for an accommodation, you'll also need to drive to Glorietta for 5:00 pm. The shuttle finishes at Glorietta, so please arrange your ride back to your lodging after the reception. If you're staying nearby in downtown Jackson, you may be able to walk. Thursday is casual, so come as you are for drinks at the brewery. Friday is elevated cocktail, with comfortable shoes for the outdoor ceremony. The dress code section above has the details.

If you haven't booked yet, we recommend doing so soon; September is a busy time in Jackson Hole. Fly into Jackson Hole Airport (JAC), just outside town.

We'll have drinks and light bites at Snake River Brewing, starting at 7:00 pm on Thursday. If you'd like a full dinner, have a meal beforehand. A few Jackson dinner ideas are on the travel page.

Anyone who wants to keep going can head downtown with us afterward. We're planning to make our way to the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar for live music and drinks.

We'd love to have you along. We've rented three private boats, with room for everyone who'd like to join, and it's our treat. Let us know you're coming, and if you haven't already, please sign the waiver before you arrive. Coffee at Persephone has moved from 9:30 to 10:00 am — sleep a little longer! It's a casual stop-by: grab yourself a coffee and come say hi before we head out around 11. Coffee and the float are both optional; come to either or both. We recommend leaving Jackson around 11:00 am to allow for construction. Meet at the float-trip parking lot at Moose Junction, 1 Teton Park Rd, on the mountain (west) side of the river across from the Craig Thomas Discovery and Visitor Center. We expect to return around 2:45 pm. Please carpool if you can! If you need a ride, you can reach Biff at biff@gullygorge.com and we'll help you find one. 2026 Moose Village construction may add up to 20 minutes. Please arrive by 11:30 am so there's plenty of time to get ready before the boats leave at 11:45 am.

If you haven’t already, Sign the float waiver before you arrive. Each person joining the float needs one.

A scenic 10-mile float on the Snake River through Grand Teton National Park. We've rented three private boats, with room for everyone who'd like to join. The outing takes about three hours.

Everyday clothes are fine; you don't need a swimsuit. Wear comfortable, secure shoes and bring layers. It's about 10 degrees cooler on the river, and it can be windy or rainy.

Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and water. You're welcome to bring snacks and a drink aboard our private boats.

Moose-Wilson Road is closed between the Laurance S. Rockefeller Preserve and Moose starting September 8, so you'll need a different route from Teton Village to the float. Allow about 20 extra minutes around the Moose roundabout. Construction at Taggart may also affect access. Check NPS road construction and current conditions.

Having you with us means a great deal, and there's no need to bring a gift. If you'd like to leave a note, we'll have a place for cards at Glorietta, along with a guestbook and a Polaroid camera.
